…whew…so many bands…so little time to type it all.
Something about this guy intrigues me. Maybe its the photo. (look at all that scattered stuff…that’s like my workspace) I can’t tell if he’s being serious or funny in his songs. Which isn’t bad but he makes me laugh. I hope that’s what he was going for because if he means to be comical then he’s right on. His sound is dangerously unpolished. But I think that’s on purpose too. This self title EP is upbeat and damned catchy. It’s self depreciating lyrics done right. With just the right amount of “I’m an amatuer but not really”… I just now in my mind determined that his sound is calculated and addictive.
