We needed a place to place our podcasts and videocasts where everyone could find them. This should do for now. Enjoy!

Today was an awesome day filled with awesome music. But this track “On His Behalf” took center stage as I played it over and over again. It’s cute, funny, well-written and sung-damn-well. Reminds me of every day at this magazine. For every band or whoever that feels that we’re lame because we don’t cover their album as they would like it. I take the beating. For every band that hates the review we did of their album. I take the beating. For every band that’s angry because we haven’t found the time to respond to their email. I take the beating….so here’s a fitting track for my lifetime as editor in chief of this here mag. But thanks to this song. I can know take it all in stride a little easier.

**well screw the pooch. the song is drm protected so I can’t share it with you. Guess you’ll just have to take my word for it.**

The Complete Series—Limited Edition Boxed Set
By: Boo Allen
As the new “A-Team” arrives in theaters, Universal has packaged the entire TV series onto 25 discs, with each season coming under separate cover, all packaged into a convenient box in the shape of the A-Team’s traveling van. The popular series ran from 1983 to 1987 and centered on four wrongly jailed Vietnam veterans who break out and become righteous vigilantes, with weekly adventures. The main cast included George Peppard (Hannibal Smith), Dwight Schultz (“Howling Mad” Murdoch), Mr. T. (B.A. Baracus), and Dirk Benedict (Templeton “Faceman” Peck). Supplements on separate discs include featurettes on Soldiers of Fortune, a bonus episode from season five, a “Knight Rider” episode, and more.
Being Awesome – Amy Heffernan
By: Corbyn Bricie

This cd opens with promise. The title track “Being Awesome” is a real life look into how getting tipsy can make the grass a little greener on your side. This is a decent cd with quality production and snazzy songwriting. Heffernan offers up a fun and quick wit that infects the entire album with hope. After listening to her album I realized that except for the crappy parts like breaking up with someone like in tracks “Over Again” and “The Enemy” life is pretty darn cool. Her one sheet classifies the album as pop/rock so that’s what we’ll go with in describing her sound although she’s a little more kick ass than the typical pop star. Heffernan has made a strong showing with her debut album Being Awesome. I can only hope there’s more of what made this album fun to listen to up her musical sleeves.
