The Rewinds emerged from the Birmingham music scene with a passion for music and a desire to reach a wider audience with their creative blend of southern power pop. The band focuses on well-crafted songwriting along the lines of Paul Westerberg, Alex Chilton and Jon Davis of Superdrag.
Alongside the catchy melodies and hummable hooks, The Rewinds put on a supercharged live show infecting the audience with their Rock-n-Roll energy. In addition to playing regular weekend headlining slots at local venues, the band also has opened for acts such as Better Than Ezra, My Morning Jacket, Verbena, Snow Patrol, Eisley, VHS or BETA and Kevin Kinney.
