Big deal," there’s something that’s very special about this contest: Both Nicolay and Kay will be including several tracks that have never been released before. One lucky winner will become the only person on earth besides the artists themselves to own these tracks!

The winner gets a brand new iPod Classic 80Gb preloaded with hours and hours of music. Two runners up will win autographed copies of Nicolay – Here (2CD Japanese Bonus Disc Edition), Nicolay – City Lights 1.5, Nicolay – The Dutch Masters Vol. 1 (2CD RE-issue) and Kay – The Talkshow.


Instructions for entering contest:


1. If you haven't already done so, pick up a copy of TIME:LINE on CD or 2LP at your favorite store or online retailer. For a complete list of retailers, visit Nicolay Music.
2. Take a picture of yourself or have your picture taken displaying your copy of TIME:LINE. We are looking for the MOST ORIGINAL** picture!
3. Email your submission along with your contact information to contest@nicolaymusic.com

All submissions will be posted on Nicolay & Kay's MySpace Profile and RappersIKnow. Nicolay & Kay will handpick the most original picture as well as the two runners-up.

Submissions need to be in no later than March 31st. The winner and two runners up will be announced on Friday April 4th. By submitting your entry, you also agree to join the Nicolay Music email list.

New Distribution Banner to Showcase Inventive

(February 5, 2008 – New York, New York) – Coinciding with the release of George A Romero's highly anticipated horror film Diary of the Dead, The Weinstein Company and Genius Products, Inc. (OTCBB:GNPI) announced today the formation of THIRD RAIL RELEASING, a new distributions banner which will look to showcase and prioritize inventive and edgy vanguard films. Leveraging the multi-tiered resources of The Weinstein Company, THIRD RAIL RELEASING will plan to release a series of films each year, jointly providing theatrical and home distribution strength to a wide-ranging community of independent filmmakers.

The first film from The Weinstein Company to launch the new distribution banner will be the major market release of Diary of the Dead from master horror filmmaker George A Romero, arriving in theaters on February 15th.

Today's announcement begins a series of strategic and operational moves The Weinstein Company plans to make with the recent addition of Lee Solomon as Chief Operational Officer. In the newly created position Solomon has been given the mandate to create innovative opportunities to leverage and maximize the Company's multitiered success.
